Temp is HOT and so is Denver Housing

In case you haven't heard, the Case-Schiller Report for May 2012 is now out. And the Denver Housing market is looking strong compared to the 20 city composite that makes up Case-Schiller. Only Dallas, Phoenix, and Minneapolis had larger increases in the Home Price Index than Denver.
